The prices of consignment items will be set by DIVAS management at the time of consignment.
Garments must be on hangers. All items must be in season, current style, excellent condition, free of stains and wrinkles. All items will be carefully inspected by DIVAS management and rejected items, along with a listing of accepted items, will be available within three days after drop off. Any rejected items not picked up within one week of drop-off date become the property of DIVAS to be disposed of in any way it chooses.
If the consigned pieces are sold within a 90-day period, the consigner will receive 45% of the purchase price for the items. After 60 days, the merchandise price is automatically reduced 50%. All items are subject to clearance sales and/or price adjustments according to market demand. Merchandise not sold within the 90-day period will become the property of DIVAS.
Checks will be available for the previous month’s consignment sales on the 15th of the month. Checks can be picked up at DIVAS by the consignor after the 15th for amounts of $10.00 or more. Any monthly amount below $10.00 will roll over to the following month’s check. All checks must be picked up in person. No checks will be mailed. There are no checks issued at any other time during the month. All monies for consignor must be collected within six months of original consignment date or will be deemed forfeited.
The Consignor must warrant that she or he has complete title to the merchandise. DIVAS is not responsible for any claim against the ownership of any items. DIVAS assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
